Building
& Developing
Properly

Glentworth Group operates across two core business streams, Land Development and Building. A boutique practice, we take on a selective number of projects and apply the same rigorous standard to each.

Land Development

From identifying the right opportunity through to settlement, Glentworth Group manages the full land development lifecycle. We bring together the right people, capital and expertise to deliver residential development projects across Western Australia.

Land Opportunity Identification

We actively source and assess residential land opportunities across the Perth metro area, applying rigorous commercial analysis to identify sites with genuine development potential.

Investor Syndication

Where appropriate, we bring together aligned investors to participate in development opportunities, managing the relationship, structure and governance with transparency and professionalism.

Negotiation & Acquisition

We negotiate directly with vendors and agents to secure sites on the best available terms, drawing on deep commercial experience to structure offers that work for all parties.

Subdivision & Development Approvals

We manage the full approvals process, including subdivision applications, development applications and engagement with local government, to deliver a clear and compliant pathway to construction.

Construction & Development Delivery

With our own registered building capability, we deliver the construction phase of development projects directly, maintaining quality, programme and cost control from slab to practical completion.

Sales & Settlement

We manage the sales process through to settlement, working with agents, solicitors and buyers to deliver a smooth and professional conclusion to each development project.

Building
Built on experience.
Focused on outcomes.

Glentworth Group was founded on a simple principle: that building and development should be done properly, by people who care deeply about the outcome. Our director, Reuben Burns, brings over 20 years of hands-on construction experience alongside formal qualifications as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Registered Building Practitioner in Western Australia.
